I canceled with Rocket Lawyer and they continue to take funds from my debt card.
I canceled with them the very next day. However, they continue to debt my card for $39.99 the past 2 months.
I can't hardly, make it on what little Social Security I get each month and $39.99 may not be much to some people but it has caused me hardship. I can't afford to buy my medicine for or pat a water bill.
Please refund my money for February and March as you were not authorized to be paid.
This is a RIP Off I will never use them again and neither will some of my friends and family.

I was surprised to know that i was subribed in rocket-lawyer, maybe my kids had do the subscription, i need to unsubribe but i dont know the account .... i was charged in my credit card 39.99 USD.
and i believe it would be monthly... Please unsubscribe, till now i am wondering how a 3 yr old kid had able to make the subsciption.
I dont care how she'd be able to do that, what i care is stop the charging.... i am not using your services...
I went to GoDaddy site for an LLC & a few more things when I was done, then Rocket Lawyer popped up. I thought they were connected with GoDaddy.
I filled out a form thinking it was just for discussion but I was actually filling out an official form. Since I thought it was part of Go Daddy I then ordered a seal, paid for it never receiving a confirmation of what I wanted, instead they kept trying to sell me stuff they said I needed. I called one day in June 2020 during Covid-19 to make sure everything was correct. I'm not quite sure but I thought the recording said something about them not being licensed lawyers (not sure).
I was already mad because no one would return my phone calls or emails. The last email said how I've tried to reach them & what to do if I have to talk to my lawyer. I received a call 30 minutes later & told her I didn't want anything else to do with them & I didn't want any recurring charges after they finished what I had paid for.
GoDaddy apologized and said they didn't know who Rocket Lawyer was. I'm going to consult a lawyer on line to see if I've been over charged & go to Legal Zoom to see what they charge.
The SAME EXACT THING happened to me. Literally.
I've been a godaddy customer for s while and seen a rocket lawyer ad on godaddy's site and thought how awesome of a chance it would be to change from sole proprietorship to Corp. So I move had 900$ saved for almost two years now (I'm below the poverty level and am trying my hardest to keep my tiny little company afloat with what little I make and then I get scammed out of every dollar I have down to my last penny and they WILL NOT respond either. I hope you get your refund back as well cause I'll be damned if they just take my money and F-Me over like this.
If I gotta drive up to their office in Sacramento or wherever the *** it's at I will. They burned the wrong person.
