User's recommendation: Do not use the ads states free documents. This is a scam sucker you in. then they will not cancel any bibbing they have billed. Do not use this company. Look at rating very low.

I cancelled Rocket Lawyer in December 2017. I have noticed a charge of $1.00 per month after the cancellation became effective. Has anyone else seen this type of subtle billing? This seems to be another revenue stream that can go unnoticed but profitable.

Hello there, When customers downgrade (cancel) online, they are sometimes offered a promotion to keep the account active for $1 a month for Personal legal document creation--It sounds like this may have been accepted when you were downgrading, thus resulting in the $1 monthly charges. Unethical Practices

Signed up for Rocket Lawyer for their free trial and had to give them credit card details which is a scam to make sure they can charge you. I used 2 or 3 documents, then tried to cancel. Cancellation didn't work, so they continued to take the money, without reminding me that the free period was coming to an end. I have tried to contact them regarding the 3 unauthorised payments take (£25 a month) and just get the bog standard template email in return stating 'we made it clear'. I asked Dina to check my account to see if I had actually used any documents within that charged period and she refuses to answer any of my questions, still stating that customers know they will be charged.

Bad Experience with Reservation

I was charged $39.99 for a form, although the website appears to state that the form is free. However, because I filled out the form online, the $20.00 charge is reasonable, and I am willing to pay it. I have requested a refund of the difference. I will also notify my bank not to accept any future attempts by this vendor to raid my account. I cut and paste the three pages to reduce the size to save a small additional filing fee. The form should have been printed in two pages. I was unable to send this comment forward, as at least 100 words are required. This is an unnecessary requirement. sssssssssss sssssssssssss sssssssssss sssssssssss.

I used Rocket lawyer's online forms download that was supposed to be free. But then I see a 40$ charge on my statement for there membership.They claimed that i havent paid for any of their services .And after texting them repeatedly . Im still waiting for a response...

My experience was horrible. I was not notified of a monthly billing of almost $40 per month.

I filed to contest it and while in review from my bank they charged again. They will do nothing to rectify the problem. Do not use this scam company. I was advised when I called this was a free download.

As the website did it state. This is definitely not the case.

I thought that the download was free, then saw a charge of $20.00, and was charged $39.99. I just notified the company of this and requested a refund of $19.99, as a $20.00 charge is not terribly unreasonable, although I had to cut and paste to prepare a two page document from the three that was downloaded.

I will notify my bank not to charge my account again from "Rocket Lawyer U," as your review states that you were charged a monthly fee for the second month. Thanks for alerting me.

Did the free trial and had to enter my credit card. Well I canceled the free trial and they said they would downgrade me to a free membership but didn't. What seems to be difficult for them to understand is that I don't want to pay a penny for anything you have so why do you insist on downgrading me? Lets breakup, it's not you it's me. I can't stand you anymore. Anyway I have a recurring monthly calendar event to contest their charges and leave bad reviews until they stop charging me. I repeat, I did the free trial and had to enter my credit card. Well I canceled the free trial and they said they would downgrade me to a free membership but didn't. Sorry I repeated the story because they required me to enter 100 words.
